1. Organizer
Unless the competition page states otherwise, the organiser is Bu Bir Macera .
2. Conformity
General participation age is 18+. The User declares that the application information is correct and meets the special eligibility conditions of the competition. The Promoter may require reasonable identity/eligibility verification prior to prize delivery.
3. Evaluation
Competitions are evaluated according to the task, success criteria, jury criteria, duration, scoring or similar predetermined principles explained on the relevant page. Conclusions are supported by records and evidence. The platform does not present chance-based draws as a competition unless the necessary legal permissions are completed.
4. Single account and honest participation
Bot, automation, fake identity, multiple accounts, manipulation, cheating, artificially influencing the result with other participants or bypassing security measures are grounds for disqualification.
5. Security
The participant must comply with the given safety instructions, legislation and venue rules. A task requiring traffic, private property, hazardous area, restricted area, or unlawful conduct does not apply. The participant should not participate in an activity that is not suitable for his/her health and physical condition. Liabilities that cannot be limited by law are reserved.
6. Reference media
Uploading photos/videos only involves the use permission necessary for evaluation and verification of the application. For public broadcast, promotional or advertising use separate media clearance process required.
7th Prize
Prize type, value, delivery method, conditions and costs, if any, are described on the competition page. If the winner does not complete the eligibility/identity check, provides false information, or is later determined to have violated the rules, the prize entitlement may be re-evaluated according to the rules. Tax, withholding or notification obligations are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.
8. Technical problems and force majeure
In cases that cannot be reasonably controlled, such as a natural disaster, government decision, security risk, platform or infrastructure failure, the competition may be postponed, its method adapted or, if necessary, canceled. This authority cannot be used to abolish arbitrarily acquired rights.
9. Objection
Objections with concrete reasons about the result or application status can be submitted within the time period and communication channel specified on the competition page. Records may be retained for a reasonable period of time for review purposes.
10. Special contest rules
Special rules published on each competition page; It takes precedence over this general text in terms of date, duty, reward, evaluation and eligibility. The rule version accepted at the time of application is recorded in the system with a timestamp.
