1. Parties and scope
These terms are valid with the user. Bu Bir Macera establishes the rules for the use of the platform account and digital services. Special conditions also apply to competition and idea processes.
2. Account security and accurate information
The User shall provide accurate, up-to-date and personal information; protect your password; is obliged not to allow third parties to use his/her account. Use of fake identities, other people's accounts, automation, bots, spam or to circumvent the rules with multiple accounts is prohibited.
3. 18 years of age requirement
The general rule for award-winning competition applications is to be over 18 years of age. If a special format that minors can participate in is published in the future, parent/guardian permission and additional security process will be explained separately.
4. Platform content and intellectual property
The rights on the brand, logo, software, design and content produced by the platform belong to the relevant rights owners. The user may only benefit from the service personally and lawfully.
5. User contents
The user declares that he/she has the necessary rights over the content he uploaded and that it does not violate the personality, copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights of third parties. Illegal content may be removed and cooperation may be made with competent authorities when necessary.
6. Service changes
Features may be changed for security, regulatory, technical requirements or platform improvement purposes. An earned reward or finalized user right cannot be terminated solely on the grounds of a platform change.
7. Limitation of liability
Liabilities that cannot be limited by law are reserved. The platform is not responsible for the consequences arising from the user's own device, internet connection, providing incorrect information, third-party service interruptions or violation of the rules, to the extent that the user is not at fault.
8. Account suspension
In case of cheating, security risk, abuse, infringement of rights or serious violation of rules, the account may be temporarily limited or closed. Where appropriate, the user is provided with justification and an objection channel.
