Special reference media
Photo/video files uploaded to contest and idea forms are not public by default. It is stored in private repository and restricted to authorized users for evaluation.
Public release is a separate process
Uploading a file during the application does not in itself constitute permission to publish on YouTube, social media or advertising. When public use is required, separate permission/consent is obtained, with its scope, duration and channels specified.
Minimum data approach
In general application, T.R. We do not require ID numbers or copies of ID documents. If identity verification is required for the winner/prizeholder due to legislation or payment process, this will be carried out through a separate, limited and secure channel.
Security
Authentication, role-based access, row-level database policies, private storage, file type/size limits, and access controls are used. Since no internet system can guarantee absolute security, security measures are reviewed regularly.
Service providers
Third-party technical providers may be used for database, file storage, hosting, email and security services. Only the data required for the service is transferred to these providers, and international transfer obligations are completed separately before the live broadcast.
