4. Legal reasons and collection method
Data; It is collected electronically through web forms, account transactions, file uploads and security logs. Processing activity is based on legal grounds such as the establishment or execution of a contract, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, legitimate interest of the data controller or, where necessary, express consent, depending on the concrete process. A use requiring explicit consent is presented separately from the information text.
5. Visual and audio data
Photos and videos uploaded in the application are processed by default only for the purpose of evaluating the application/idea and storing it securely. If these contents need to be used publicly on social media, YouTube, in advertising or promotion, a clear and specific media use permission/consent process is also implemented.
6. Transfer and overseas infrastructure
Data; It may be transferred to authentication, database, file storage, security, hosting, e-mail and similar technical service providers to the extent required by the service. If the infrastructure used operates on servers outside Türkiye, international transfer conditions within the scope of KVKK Article 9 also apply; The appropriate transmission mechanism and necessary notifications must be completed with the providers used before the live broadcast.
7. Storage
Data is retained only for the period required for the relevant purpose and applicable legal retention periods. When the period expires, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the legislation. Records required for proof in competition/award disputes may be limited to the relevant statute of limitations and legal protection period.
8. Rights within the scope of KVKK article 11
You have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing and the third parties to whom it is transferred, to have incomplete/incorrect data corrected, to request deletion/destruction when the conditions are met, to object to the results of automatic analysis and to request compensation in case of damage due to unlawful processing.
