1. Ownership
You retain your existing intellectual rights over the original ideas and content you submit to the extent that they legally belong to you. Sending an idea alone does not mean transfer of rights.
2. Evaluation license
With your submission, you grant limited, no-cost, and non-exclusive permission to use your idea and attachments solely for the purpose of review, evaluation, internal team sharing, originality/appropriateness checking, and contacting you.
3. No confidentiality commitment
Additionally, the idea submission system is not a confidential project vault unless a written confidentiality agreement is made. You should not include trade secrets or sensitive information that you do not want shared in the form.
4. Similar or independent ideas
The platform may have similar themes/formats that it has previously developed, received from third parties or will be developed independently. Mere similarity alone does not mean that the submitted idea is used or infringed. However, applicable rights for direct use of original material you submit are retained.
5. Selection, publication and initial payment
Submitting an idea does not in itself entitle you to payment. In the default model, if the idea is selected, put into production and the relevant video is actually published, an initial payment of ≈ $102 is generated for the idea owner. Before the project goes live, the scope, contact information and, if any, different conditions specific to the project are confirmed in writing.
6. Net revenue sharing for the first 30 days
The default model is based on platform revenues directly attributable to the video in the first 30 calendar days from the publication date. From these revenues, 25% of the net amount remaining after deducting only reasonable construction expenses that can be directly attributed to the relevant project is allocated to the idea owner.
Direct project expenses; It may include transportation, fuel/highway, accommodation, permit/venue, external production service, equipment rental and similar project-specific expenses for the shooting of the relevant video. General company expenses, costs of other unrelated projects, or unexplained items are not included in this calculation.
7. Settlement and registration
The calculation is made after the first 30-day period is completed and the relevant platform revenue report becomes available. The calculation summary and payment method will be notified to the eligible person in writing. Tax, withholding tax or similar legal obligations may also be applied depending on the legal status of the parties.
≈ $1,742 – ≈ $5,125 statement
The ≈ $102 – ≈ $5,125 range on the site is a general range describing the reward/earning opportunities that may occur in different project scopes; It is not the guaranteed amount for each shipment. The default idea model is based on a starting payout of ≈ $102 and 25% of the first 30 days of net video revenue. If there is an additional reward, upper limit or a different model specific to the project, it is also stated in writing before production begins.
9. Appearing in the video and participating in the contest
It is not mandatory for the idea owner to appear in the video, to disclose his name or to participate in the competition. If the project structure is suitable and the person wishes, he can appear as the main character/guide in the video; Priority evaluation can also be made for projects that turn into a competition idea, within the framework of eligibility conditions.
10. Third party rights
You should not send someone else's script, photo, video, brand, music, private information or personality rights without the necessary permission. The sender declares that he/she is authorized to submit the content.
11. Personal data
