Photos and videos uploaded to the application/idea form; It is kept in a private storage for the purpose of evaluation, verification, moderation and communication with you in the relevant process. This installation does not automatically allow advertising or broadcasting.
Selected participant / shooting stage
If the face, voice, image, username or footage must be publicly used in a YouTube video, social media post, trailer, promotion, press or sponsor communication; A separate consent/license is obtained, clearly stating the purpose of use, channels, duration/geographical scope and, if any, fee/reward relationship.
Children and third parties
Images of minors or private images of third parties should not be broadcast without the necessary parental/guardian or rights holder permission.
Retraction and existing publications
In personal data processing activities based on explicit consent, consent can be withdrawn for the future. However, the status of previous transactions that have been carried out in accordance with the law and records that must be legally protected are evaluated separately, according to the legal basis of use and the concrete event.
