The amount shown in Studio is not yet a bank balance
Estimated revenue in YouTube Analytics, finalized AdSense balance, and payment to your bank are different stages. They may not show the same amount at the same time due to corrections, eligibility checks or payment barriers. That's why it's misleading to make a monthly cash plan just by looking at the Studio screen. Use separate date and amount columns for forecasting, finalization and collection in the income statement. This way, when a payment is delayed, you can more easily find out at what stage the problem is.
Read payment schedule with terms
According to the official calendar, the previous month's YouTube earnings are usually added to the AdSense for YouTube balance on the 7th–12th of the month. Once the required threshold and other conditions are met and there are no obstacles, payment is typically sent between the 21st and 26th of the month. This is not a promise that the date will be transferred to the bank on the same day. The payout threshold may vary depending on the account's reporting currency; Applying a single dollar figure seen online to all accounts. Take the thresholds and warnings on your own payment screen as basis.
