How does this method work?
A media kit is a short dossier that allows the brand to quickly evaluate the content producer. It is important that the data is presented with the correct period and scope, as well as looking beautiful. Channel topic, audience profile, usual performance of similar content, work samples and contact information are the basic sections. Adding non-existent brand customers as references.
Evaluation with a concrete example
If one of the last ten videos has outstanding views, highlighting only that number may distort expectations. Median viewership or a clearly defined period average can provide more understandable context. Write down what the metric used measures. Follower count, people reached, and views are different metrics; producing large numbers by hiding the difference between them.
Your first application: what should you have?
Prepare a one-page summary and additional examples if necessary. Show in the file what deliverables you can deliver, your work process, and the appropriate communication channel. If you are going to put the price on file, specify its scope and validity date. Update data every month; publishing client's personal or confidential results without permission. The output is a short demonstration PDF based on real data.
