Voluntary Video Participation Conditions

Scope and separate project approval

This registration is for the consideration of individuals over the age of 18 to become voluntary on-camera participants. Application is not an employment contract, paid role, fixed shooting date or revenue sharing commitment. Professional production team work is evaluated under separate conditions.

Before each shooting, the role, location, duration, expenses, anticipated activities and scope of image-sound usage are explained in writing. This general application does not allow unrestricted use of its image and sound. You don't have to accept the shooting invitation.

Do volunteers pay a fee or receive payment?

Applying is free. On-camera volunteer appearances through this pool are unpaid. You will not be charged a registration or selection fee. Any paid roles are announced separately with their own project terms.

Who pays for transportation, food and accommodation?

The extent of these expenses is clearly stated in each shooting invitation. We do not currently commit to transportation, food or accommodation support for all projects. You are not expected to come to the shoot without learning the costs.

Is experience or many followers required?

No. Natural communication, your interests, the city you are in, the dates you are available for and compatibility with the format are evaluated. There is no minimum follower limit for application.

Is it guaranteed that I will become a phenomenon or earn income from the channel?

No. Visibility, follower growth, selection, streams and future income are not guaranteed. If there will be revenue sharing in a project, the revenue definition, rate, period and payment date are also determined in writing.

Will I get priority in competitions?

Volunteering does not provide automatic entry into the contest or winning advantage. You can be informed about the announcements; Eligibility, selection and prize requirements apply in accordance with each contest's published rules.

Where is the shooting and how long does it take?

Initially, we focus on daily shoots in Istanbul and its immediate surroundings. The city, meeting point, estimated duration, task, accessibility and expenses are disclosed in the invitation. If there is no final date, the application is a registration of interest.

Is my application information public?

No. Your phone number, e-mail, date of birth and application responses can only be seen by the authorized team for evaluation. Public featurettes require separate opt-in and editorial approval. The use of image and sound in the video is also clarified before shooting.

Can I give up after applying?

You don't have to accept the shooting invitation; If you are not suitable, you can notify the team. Approval for shooting and broadcasting, scope of use and subsequent requests are explained in a separate project text.

Application for unpaid work on a production team?

This page is a volunteer front-of-camera participant pool. Professional crew work such as camera, editing, sound or permanent on-set duty is not within the scope of this application; Roles, wages and working conditions for these jobs are discussed separately.

Promotion and communication preferences

Public promotion and new attraction announcements are separate, optional choices; Leaving it blank will not prevent the application. Only the display name, tagline and social link you choose in your promotional preference can be published after editor approval. Phone, email, date of birth and availability information are not included. You can use the KVKK application channel to change your preference or submit a request regarding your data.
