How does this method work?
Channel growth requires understanding what value viewers return for, rather than disconnected viral experiments. Reaching a new audience and pleasing the existing audience are not the same question. Group content by subject and format; Check out which series continues to be watched again. Don't assume that one successful video defines the future of your entire channel.
Evaluation with a concrete example
If the three route videos work well but the equipment conversations are weak, this may be due to the topic, title or narrative. Compare similar videos first instead of changing them all at once. Do a small trial run for a new series and listen to existing audience feedback. Seeing the competitor's high views and copying the same title does not explain the needs of your own audience.
Your first application: what should you have?
Classify the last ten videos by viewer question, format, publication age and production cost. Design follow-up sections for the two strongest topic families. Monitor results in the same time windows and make one tangible improvement with each new episode. Your output is not a request for more videos, but a broadcast decision about which series will continue and why.
